Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 105.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 2.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 6.00 per day.
